Viani is looking for you as Operations Manager on a part-time or full-time basis at the earliest possible date.
Your tasks include:
- Coordinating the daily tasks in the team and being responsible for shift planning and training new employees
- Responsibility for human resources, quality and hygiene management as well as daily shop management
- Responsibility for ordering goods and all merchandise management processes
- Dealing with money and cash register management as well as daily closings
- Inspiring the customers with good food from Italy and offering them expert advice
Your profile makes you stand out:
- You have completed training or have professional experience in retail, the hotel industry or catering; alternatively, a cross-career entry is also possible
- You are a communicative person and enjoy developing the team into real service professionals and a pronounced hospitality towards the customers
- You have a talent for organisation and work with a hands-on mentality
- Good German knowledge (B2/C1)
- You like to take on responsibility
- You are a ‘foodie’ with a strong affinity for good food, especially a passion for Mediterranean food and Italian cuisine
