From 13 to 19 November, 37 of the best restaurants in Berlin will be presenting a special offer:
A pasta dish of your choice out of two with a glass of Allegrini wine and a digestive for just 16€
Imagine savouring some good spaghetti “alla chitarra” with shrimps, pistachio and lemon; indulging in homemade lasagne with pumpkin, a classic for autumn season; or delight yourself with a dish of paccheri with salsiccia and friarielli.
These are just a glimpse of the exquisite pasta creations awaiting you during the event.
True Italian Pasta Week
The event takes place concurrently to the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World: for one week, from 13 to 19 November 2023, 38 of the best restaurants in Berlin decided to celebrate pasta, one of the main emblems of Italian cuisine in the world, with a special deal for their guests:
a pasta dish (to be chosen between two particular recipes, including at least one vegetarian or vegan option) + a glass of wine from Allegrini Winery from the hills of Valpolicella + a digestive by Limoncello Di Capri or Molinari Caffè for only €16.

True Italian Pasta Week: how does it work?
Participating is extremely simple, no need to present any card or flyer to enjoy the offer.
To help you locate the restaurantsthou we decided to create a map inspired by Berlin’s public transport system. The map shows all the restaurants area by area with their addresses, stops and specialties. The map is available both as a downloadable PDF and as a customized Google Maps, and soon you can get it also a a printed flyer in all the participating restaurants of the True Italian Pasta Week.
True Italian Pasta Week: organizer and partners
The True Italian Pasta Week is an event organized by Berlin Italian Communication within the True Italian project.
Partners of this year’s edition of the True Italian Pasta Week are Allegrini, a winery and vineyard in the heart of Valpolicella, one of the most prestigious areas in the Italian wine scene; Limoncello di Capri, a sweet liqueur made with Sorrento I.G.P. lemon peels; Molinari Caffè, a digestif born from the encounter between Molinari Extra and 100% fine coffee beans “roasted Italian style”; METRO and Acqua Panna & S. Pellegrino.
Pasta Madre also supports the event by offering a fresh pasta workshop for two as a prize for the winner of the Instagram photo contest.
Media Partner of the event is Berlino Magazine, the most read magazine by Italians in Germany.
The True Italian project
True Italian is a network that wants to preserve authentic Italian restaurants in Berlin through the trademark (registered at the Deutsches Patent und Markenamt and the EUIPO) and a series of initiatives and events throughout the year. The project is carried out by Berlin Italian Communication.
True Italians are the retaurants those ambassadors of Italian cuisine who, starting from the choice of the ingredients, demonstrate their commitment to spreading good food every day. Let’s be clear: when it comes to True Italian, the focus is not on the nationality of the chef/manager or owner, but on the approach to cooking: original recipes and high-quality ingredients are the two key rules of True Italian restaurants.
