Rohbau Pizzahaus

Since 2011, Rohbau Pizzahaus has specialized in stone-oven pizza with unique, thin dough and fresh ingredients. The pizza dough is a creation of the chef and is neither Italian nor Neapolitan and is made of wheat flour, spelled flour, organic buckwheat flour, semolina, organic hemp flour, organic pumpkin seed flour and currently with organic spirulina, plus 100% extra virgin olive oil Alpine salt without oil and iodine. The cheese covering consists of high-quality mozzarella and Emmental and the tomato sauce is made from 100% Italian tomatoes.

Monday – Thursday: from 18.00 p.m. to 21.00 p.m.

Friday – Saturday: from 18.00 p.m. to 22.00 p.m.
