Ciao Ragazzi’s mission is to bake the very best pizza. So they have reinterpreted the Pinsa Romana, an almost forgotten original form of pizza, a sort of focaccia from ancient Rome. It originated even before the traditional Neapolitan pizza.

What makes their pizza special is the multiseriate flour. It consists of organic wheat flour enriched with rye, barley, oats, Manitoba, and rice. Each ingredient of the Pinsa Romana is easily digested. By the way, the secret of its light dough is that it has to rise for 48 to 72 hours. Additionally, only real Italian mozzarella is used on their pizza, of course!
