L’arte del Gusto

L’arte del Gusto is a family-run establishment, managed by father Lorenzo (originally from Milan) with his children, all of whom graduated from the De Filippi hotel institute in Varese. One of the two specializes in Neapolitan pizza.
Explains Mr. Muio: “Our idea of ​​catering is above all to make known the true Italian flavours, starting from the raw materials and passing through traditional and innovative cooking techniques such as sous vide cooking. The secret of Italian cuisine certainly lies in the unique ability of Italians to adapt and be appreciated for their expansive nature and bring joy wherever they are. Here everything is prepared respecting the ingredients with technique and passion.
Their cuisine is a revisited traditional cuisine. Unfortunately here in Germany cream is used inappropriately as it is easier to create a condiment for anything, however compromising the final taste which is the same for all dishes. For example, why not use a parmesan cream to season porcini ravioli too? This is not done here, as proof of our commitment to true Italian cuisine we also have the ITA0039 certification.

Monday – Sunday: from 12.00 p.m. to 14.30 p.m. and from 17.30 p.m. to 21.00 p.m.
