At Saittavini they attach great importance to selected products and the highest quality and this is why we only use organic flours in our pasta. Most of their vegetables also come from sustainable cultivation in Italy. The highest quality products are always available at Saittavini, which is why they try to keep the products always fresh and healthy. Another of their guarantees is that the fish is always fresh. For meat dishes they focus on the prized Italian Razza Piemontese cattle breed from the small but particularly prized La Granda breeders’ cooperative. This animal meat has a particularly low fat content, which makes it not only particularly valuable from a nutritional point of view, but also makes it one of the best meats in the world ever from a taste point of view.
