Sobriety, simplicity, frankness and immediacy, spontaneity and authenticity: these are the characteristics of Tempaccio cuisine. Products and dishes, simple and traditional, inspired above all by the gastronomic tradition of northern Italy, are taken as a basis, refined and completed by other, few and slight accents taken from the cuisine of southern Italy and northern Europe.
