In Italy they don’t just eat the round pizza. They also have pizza slices as a snack or a fast meal. In this case, the pizza is called “al taglio” (literally: “cut”). Via Vai Pizza Al Taglio was the first pizzeria that brought this tradition to Hamburg more than 11 years ago.
