Peppino” Mancuso, head chef of Il Mulino, was born and raised in Sicily. He has cooked all his life and decided early on to turn this passion into his profession. The specialties in different seasons include the best of Mediterranean fish and original Italian meat dishes, as well as excellent traditional pasta specialties, delicately prepared vegetarian recipes, and tempting desserts.
