Italian Shot
In addition to our Neapolitan pizza, the Italian Shot in Maxvorstad also offers fresh salads and handmade pasta.
It also offers our always-favorite dishes, such as bufala or pizza tartufo. There are also functional creations on our menu.
The dough has a resting time of 72 hours, which achieves maximum flushing and is easier than regular pizza.
The resistant canvas oven from an ancient Neapolitan oven gives our pizza the perfect curiosity!

Sunday–Tuesday: from 11.30 a.m. to 12.00 a.m.
Wednesday–Thursday: from 11.30 a.m. to 1.00 a.m.
Friday – Saturday: from 11.30 a.m. to 2.00 a.m.
Sunday is closed.
