Following the immense success of the first True Italian Pizza Street Festival, we are thrilled to announce the second edition, set to take place on July 15th and 16th. This time, the event promises even more delicious pizza, live music, engaging workshops, and exciting surprises. Don’t miss out on this ultimate celebration of everyone’s favorite Italian dish!

Some of the best pizzerias in Berlin reunited in one location
The Jules B-Part will be transformed for the occasion into a small capital of great flavours thanks to the True Italian Pizza Street Festival, an event organised by True Italian with the support of Ooni, as main sponsor. The beautiful location at Gleisdreieck Park will once again transform into a pizza lover’s paradise, hosting some of Berlin’s most exceptional pizzerias:
Capvin, Gemello Vegan Pizza, Il Moro, l’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele, Lovebirds (also gluten-free), Malafemmena X AVPN, Nea 1889, Partenope 081, Prometeo, Selecta Modern Pizza, Sironi, Spaccanapoli Nr.12, W Pizza. These renowned pizza makers will showcase their culinary skills and present a wide array of flavors, from classic favorites to innovative creations. With the participation of the city’s top pizzerias, you can indulge in the finest pizzas Berlin has to offer.
There will be a pizza for every taste! From Neapolitan to Roman style; fried or “a portafoglio” (wallet) pizzas; contemporary pizzas with gourmet ingredients; special flour mix and gluten-free doughs and of course vegan options!
Just like in the previous edition, the festival will feature the iconic Margherita and Marinara pizzas at fixed, affordable prices of €9 and €8 respectively. These timeless classics will be prepared by each pizzeria, ensuring a true taste of tradition and quality. Additionally, each stand will offer two special pizzas, one of which vegetarian or vegan, at flexible prices, providing an opportunity to explore unique and diverse flavors.

Exclusive Masterclasses by AVPN – Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana
For those aspiring to become pizzaiolos themselves, the renowned Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, one of our partners, will conduct a Pizza Workshop on both days of the festival. Join in and learn the secrets of creating an authentic Neapolitan pizza. The workshop offers a hands-on experience, guiding participants through the process of crafting a delicious masterpiece.
All you have to do to take part in the workshop is register during the festival; for the great price of 20 Euro you will immerse yourself for an hour in the magical world of pizza and learn all its secrets.
Not only pizza
The True Italian Pizza Street Food Festival goes beyond just pizza. What could be better than a good Italian pastry after trying the delights of the city’s best pizza makers? You can treat your taste buds to delectable sweet delights at the Kuchen von Gaia stand, featuring mouthwatering cannoli and tiramisù.
Additionally, in true Italian style, the festival will be accompanied by the captivating live music performance of DJ Barox, who is going to host an Italo Beats DJ set which will last all day long. But let’s not forget the children! Mago Riccardo is ready to painte the little ones’ faces, and not only them, and entertain them with colourful balloons.
Of course, as with all our events, it will be possible to participate in the True Italian Photo and Video Contest and win fantastic prizes!
It’s easy to participate: come to the festival and take a photo with your favorite pizza. Put all your creativity and imagination into your shots and post them on your Instagram profile. After the first selection by the True Italian jury, our followers will decide who deserves the victory! This year we overdid it, in fact, the winner will have the opportunity to enjoy a three-night stay for two people in a top-class accommodation in Avellino, breakfast included. And not only that! Plus, a guided wine cellar tour at Villa Raiano, onother of our sponsors, with tasting of 6 different wines. May the best picture win!
Organizer and partners
The True Italian Pizza Street Food Festival has been organized since 2022 by Berlin Italian Communication as part of the True Italian project, which aims to preserve and support authentic Italian cuisine, and in this case the quality and authenticity of pizza in Berlin, through a series of initiatives.
The event is organized with the support of Ooni GmbH, main sponsor of the event, and the patronage of the City of Naples. Partners of the event will also be the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, which will organize the pizza workshops, Mutti, which will supply tomatoes to the participating pizzerias, and Villa Raiano, a partner for the stay in Italy. Moreover, our partners Limoncello di Capri and Amaro Montenegro will offer refreshing drinks at the event.
About the festival
To ensure everyone can enjoy this fantastic event, the entry fee will be just €3, with free admission for children under 12. So mark your calendar for July 15th and 16th and head to the Jules B-Part at Gleisdreieck Park for a weekend filled with pizza perfection, live music, and a true Italian experience.
