The Italian Street Food Festival is finally back for its fifth edition. On Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 June 2023 Berlin will host at the OST Hafen (Alt Stralau 1-2, Berlin) the biggest Italian street food event ever seen in Germany. Everything is ready, there will be 20 participating stands and, to make sure nothing is missing, the event will be accompanied by an extensive entertainment programme. Italian Street Food Festival 2023 photo and video contest: how to participate
This year’s competition will once again reward originality. The rules for taking part are very simple: during the two days of the festival, Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 June, you will have to go to the OST Hafen in Friedrichshain and take a photo or shoot a video to capture the beautiful moment you are having during the Italian Street Food Festival: with one of the specialities offered, at the photo booth set up for the occasion or dancing to the notes of the DJ set/live music that will animate the whole event. Express your creativity!
A little advise? Put all the creativity and imagination you can find into it and post it on your Instagram profile. Communicate all your love for food and Italy through your fantastic shots: the more original, funny and peculiar your postings are, the more chances they will have to be selected by True Italian’s jury to win.
The rules to follow when publishing your post or reel (stories will not be considered) to be eligible for the competition are as below:
- tag the @trueitalianfood and @italianstreetfoodfestival profiles in photos and videos;
- mention the hashtag #italianstreetfoodfestival in the post description;
- insert the geolocation mentioning OST Hafen Berlin;
- publish the photo or video by 11pm on Sunday 25 June.
How to win the contest
The True Italian jury will select the ten most beautiful, original and funny photos/videos. Once the selection is over, on Monday 26 June, the ten shots will be published in Instagram stories on the @trueitalianfood profile and you will decide, through the polls, which shot most deserves to win a stay at the Unico Boutique Hotel d’Arte.
At the end of the Instagram stories, so 24 hours after their publication, we will announce and contact the winner of the contest. The photo or video that receives the most ? will win the contest prize. In the case of a tie, priority will be given to the photo or video that was published first.

The creator of the most original shot or video will win a magnificent stay at Unico Boutique Hotel d’Arte, a 4-star boutique hotel just a few steps from Palermo, surrounded by nature and the sea.
